2.International Health Advisory Team (IHAT)
Experienced team of nurses who support the special needs of International Assignees – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Outside of the U.S., members have access to our Employee Assistance Program and iConnectYou mobile app, which provides 24/7 access to clinical counselors for personalized, telephonic counseling support for stress and anxiety.
To access the Employee Assistance Program, members may download the iConnectYou app and enter the relevant country code or call the number on the back of their Member ID card.
The Employee Assistance Program Member Guide also provides additional service information and a list of iConnectYou country passcodes for reference.
