The AGB Medical Plan is designed to ensure international assignees enjoy their benefit solutions seamlessly. The plan provides worldwide medical coverage for employees and their covered dependants.  Employees can seek care from the provider of their choice, anywhere in the world. It's essentially a reimbursement plan where employees pay for the service up-front, and submit a claim for payment. Employees can even get a helping hand with their large-scale medical costs. By utilizing one of our direct-settlement facilities, we’ll take care of the cost up-front — so they can focus on getting the care they require.

The Medical Plan covers primary care services like annual health screenings and immunizations for children and offers a hospital cash benefit. Because we are committed to the overall health of our members, our Medical Plan can include comprehensive optional features as well, including dental benefits, prescription drugs and vision coverage.

Dental Benefits
Employees can access dental care at a licensed dentist virtually anywhere around the world. All they have to do is pay the dentist at the time of service and then submit a claim for reimbursement. It’s that simple! Services of the plan can include preventive services like cleanings and x-rays, basic care like fillings or major services like bridges or crowns.

Prescription Drugs
Employees can enjoy the flexibility of filling prescriptions at virtually any pharmacy in the world. Employees simply submit a claim for reimbursement…and leave the rest to us. They can even get a 12-month supply of their prescriptions at their local retail pharmacy.

Vision Coverage
With AGB's vision coverage, employees can stay focused on their assignment with routine eye exam benefits and allowances for lenses, frames and contacts.
