An employee’s overall health and wellness is critical to a successful, productive workplace—especially when it comes to their eyesight. AGB’s vision program can include coverage for eye exams under our medical plans and a separate eyewear benefit for lenses, frames and contact lenses. The eyewear benefit provides a flat dollar amount that can be applied to any type of eye wear purchase. Additionally, all members in the United States have access to the Aetna Vision discount program, regardless of whether a vision benefit is included as part of their medical plan.
