Fortunately, there is a solution to help prevent assignment failure. Our International Employee Assistance Program (IEAP) can help employees and their families address cultural and other adjustment issues related to international assignments. Services include 24-hour crisis intervention, five counseling sessions (in person or by telephone), management consultation and Web-based health and wellness content and self-assessment tools.
