With the Customized Care service from Aetna Global Benefits (AGB), employees now have a personal health "helper". The service is comprised of two Web-based programs -- Well Prepared and Informed Choice -- both accessible right from our secure website.
Using Well Prepared, employees can set up a personal profile, select a doctor and add them to their profile, get help recruiting a doctor, schedule appointments, or sign-up to receive the latest news.
Using Informed Choice, employees have access to additional tools, including recommendations about hospitals in their host country or the surrounding area.
